In the south, the beaches of Kleisidi, Schinaria, and Triopetra are sure to impress with their turquoise waters and dramatic landscapes. Preveli Lagoon surrounded by palm trees,steep cliffs and a rushing river is the region's most beautiful beach while Agios Pavlos with its sanddunes is a hidden gem.

When south you can also explore the rugged terrain of Kourtaliotiko Gorge and Kotsifou Canyon and enjoy the stunning views of the Libyan Sea at Preveli Monastery, a beautiful monastery located above the palm-lined Preveli Beach.
